Shipping Policy
Puff Direct LLC or “puffeze” ships all orders through USPS, anywhere in the United States where Delta 8 is legal. We will also ship all orders same-day, if they are placed before 11 AM Pacific Time (2 PM ET) Monday – Friday. Transit times exclude Saturday and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
What shipping methods does puffeze offer?
We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
Free UPS Ground shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more. free USPS First Class shipping on all domestic orders over $50. Free UPS Ground shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more.
Is puffeze able to ship to all 50 states?
No. puffeze can’t ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Utah.
Can puffeze ship outside of the United States?
We do not ship internationally as of yet.
Can puffeze ship to military bases?
beaneze can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our customer service to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through our online tracking system.
Can my order ship through the weekend?
UPS & FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.
How soon can puffeze ship my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.
What if I don’t receive my puffeze order?
Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service to start a package trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from beaneze within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.
